Shipping and Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we proudly ship to customers worldwide. However, due to changes in regulations, we will temporarily pause shipments to [EU/Northern Ireland] from 13th December 2024. We are working hard to meet the updated requirements and will resume as soon as possible.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our delivery times are:
UK: 4-7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

A: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Free UK shipping is available for orders over £30. For international customers, the total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Made-to-Order Garments

A: Every ZARAMIA AVA made-to-order garment is crafted especially for you. Instead of mass production, we create each piece after your order is placed, ensuring minimal waste and maximum attention to detail.
Q: How long will my made-to-order piece take to arrive?
A: Each made-to-order piece is handmade with care, and this process typically takes, 2–3 weeks,depending on the complexity of the design.
Once your garment is ready, it will be shipped to you immediately.
Q: Can I customise a made-to-order garment?
A: Absolutely! Many of our made-to-order designs can be customised to suit your preferences. Whether you’re looking for a specific fit, colour, or unique detail, contact us at info@zaramiaava.com to discuss your vision.
Q: What if my made-to-order garment doesn’t fit?
A: We take great care to ensure the perfect fit. If your garment needs adjustments, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s an alteration or another option.

Products and Sustainability
Q: How sustainable are your garments?
A: Sustainability is at the core of ZARAMIA AVA. We use responsibly sourced materials such as organic cotton, recycled fabrics, bamboo and linen. Our made-to-order approach minimises overproduction and waste. We also have a limited edition range of samples made out of end of roll fabrics.
Q: Are your fabrics ethically sourced?
A: Yes, we carefully select suppliers who align with our values of sustainability and ethical production. Each fabric we use is chosen for its quality, environmental impact, and traceability.
Q: How do I care for my ZARAMIA AVA pieces?
A: For most of our garments, we recommend gentle hand washing or machine washing at a low temperature to preserve their quality and reduce environmental impact. Specific care instructions are provided with each item.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Shipping Pause to EU/Northern Ireland
Q: Why are you pausing shipments to the EU and Northern Ireland?
A: Due to new regulations taking effect on 13th December 2024 we’re pausing shipments to these regions to ensure our processes fully comply. This is a temporary measure, and we’re working hard to resume services as soon as possible.
Q: When will you start shipping to these regions again?
